Scholarship Application Requirements

If you are interested in having your child sit for a scholarship, please register by following the procedure outlined below, no later than Thursday 9th April 2009. Registrations received after this date will incur a late fee.

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUPPORTED BY THE STUDENT'S TWO MOST RECENT SCHOOL REPORTS. THESE SHOULD BE POSTED TO:

PLEASE FORWARD REPORTS AS SOON AS YOU HAVE REGISTERED VIA THIS WEB SITE. SHOULD WE NOT RECEIVE THIS SUPPORTING INFORMATION WE MAY BE UNABLE TO CONSIDER THE STUDENT FOR A SCHOLARSHIP FOLLOWING THE EXAM.

Details of Testing

The scholarship examination will be held on Saturday 9th May 2009 in Wingara, entry via Park Road gates Exams begin at 8.45 a.m. and finish at approximately 12.00 p.m. The scholarship application fee is $100.00.

At Danebank we are pleased to offer scholarships at the following levels:

 

Level 1

Designed for students in their final year of primary school during 2009, for entry into first year of secondary school (entry into year 7) in 2010.

Music Scholarship candidates must also complete a questionnaire to support their application. The document can be downloaded by clicking on the link here: Music Questionnaire. Auditions will be held during May / June 2009 at a time to be advised.

 

Level 2

Designed for students entering their second or third year of secondary school in 2010. Those applicants applying for Level 2 will be Music Scholarship candidates only.

Level 3

Designed for students in year 10 during 2009, for entry into year 11 in 2010.
