Annual Celebration Events
- Founder’s Day: celebrated on 7 March, the birthday of our founding teacher, Miss Edith Roseby Ball.
- House Festival: a uniquely Danebank day for Secondary students, involving house-based competitions and lots of fun. Held towards the end of Term 3.
- Autumn Fair & Open Day: an annual day when the school combines activities with the P&F to offer stalls, entertainment and tours. Students may perform, be tour guides or work on stalls.
- Harmony Day: Junior School celebrates this every second year.
- Year 9 Christmas Nursing Home Concert: an annual event run by Year 9, offering food, concert items, gifts and lots of goodwill to visiting residents from local nursing homes
- Showcase Evenings
- Annual Carols Services
- Speech Night: held in Sydney Town Hall on the last day of the school term in December
