Danebank is a member of the Anglican Schools Corporation (formerly Sydney Anglican Schools Corporation) which supports Anglican education and ensures Danebank’s strong financial position.
The school is administered by the School Council whose aim is to provide a high standard of education for Danebank students. The Council of Danebank works to guide and govern the School. The members are appointed by the Anglican School’s Corporation and come from diverse backgrounds – including education, business, law, engineering and clergy. All are volunteers.
In practice the Council works to understand the educational environment, setting the strategic direction, guiding leadership appointments, and overseeing the management and operation of the school from a governance perspective.
The Principal is responsible for the day to day administration of the school.
