Food is fuel! Eating fresh, healthy food has proven to help kids stay focused, sleep better and learn better.
This week, The Healthy Kids Association is promoting Vegetable Week, hoping to increase the number of children eating enough vegetables, through their knowledge, exposure and positive attitudes towards vegetables.
